Tool Processing

Most DevDecode tools process input in your browser. Tokens, passwords, keys, certificates, text, and files entered into those browser-side tools are not uploaded for processing. Two tools work differently: DNS Lookup and SSL Checker send the domain or hostname you enter to our server for a live check. DNS Lookup also sends that domain to Google DNS-over-HTTPS. Do not enter a private hostname into either live network tool.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept cookies and may collect page views, device information, and approximate location. We do not send tool input or output content to Analytics.

Cookies

We store your theme and cookie choice locally in your browser. Google Analytics may set cookies after you accept. You can clear your browser storage to reset your choice.

Third-Party Services

DNS Lookup uses Google DNS-over-HTTPS to retrieve public DNS records for the domain you enter. SSL Checker performs a TLS connection from our server to the hostname and port you enter. Our site is delivered by Netlify.
